Recently, our factory completed the production and shipment of a complete set of peanut butter machine production line. The client is a medium-sized health food brand in Australia, specializing in natural nut products and focusing on high-end organic peanut butter and mixed nut butter products.
Customer background and core demands
The client’s company mainly supplies local supermarket chains, catering supply chain and exports to Japan, Singapore and other Asia-Pacific markets.
The demand for its additive-free, low-sugar, and high-protein products is surging, and the original equipment has insufficient capacity (original capacity <300kg/h) and high dependence on labor, making it difficult to meet the timeframe for large-scale production and delivery of export orders.
Core requirements for equipment upgrading
- Capacity increase: the overall efficiency of the peanut butter machine production line should be increased to 700kg/h, achieving a daily output of 5 tons in a single shift, and adapting to the explosive orders in peak seasons.
- Automation upgrading: reduce manual intervention and lower the pressure of high labor cost in Australia through automated filling and pasteurization modules.
- Compliance and quality: the whole line of equipment needs to comply with Australian food processing safety standards to ensure peanut butter fineness (2-50μm), no metal contamination and high temperature sterilization stability.

- Two machines in series with two-stage grinding design, 18.5KW high power drive, single hour processing peanut raw materials 700kg, particle size uniformity of ± 5μm.
- 420 stainless steel main body + 3Cr13 food-grade grinding teeth, corrosion-resistant, anti-sticking material, to adapt to the continuous operation of high-fat raw materials.
- Frequency conversion speed control system can adjust the grinding granularity in real time, suitable for different recipes (such as granular/smooth peanut butter).
TZ-50 fine grinding machine
- Ultra-fine processing of some raw materials (15-20kg/h) to improve the smoothness of the sauce.
- Single-phase power supply design, can be independently deployed in the laboratory or small batch of specialty product lines to support new product development.
