Last month, we successfully delivered a peanut chopping machine to a customer in Israel. This customer runs a nut processing facility that focuses on producing and processing a range of nut-based food products.

Customer background and demand analysis

The Israeli customer is a medium-sized local food processing company that focuses on the research, development, and production of nut products. Their offerings include bakery ingredients, prepackaged snack products, and a range of other diverse markets.

Due to an increase in orders, the customer is looking to enhance the efficiency of raw material processing and standardize the specifications of their finished products.

They need equipment that can accurately cut various nuts, such as peanuts and cashews, while also being able to produce two common particle sizes: 2-4mm for baking ingredients and 3-5mm for snacks.

• Compact space layout: measuring 1600 * 800 * 1500mm, the machine has a compact structure that easily integrates into existing production line spaces, accommodating customer space constraints.

The main reason customers opt for our machine is its versatile features: it can handle various categories of nut cutting and allows for quick changes in particle sizes by simply replacing the screen. This significantly lowers the need for repeated investments in equipment.
