In October 2021, a customer from Cambodia sent us a message on WhatsApp. He said he was interested in our sugar coated peanut production line and wanted to know more details about the machine. And he wanted a detailed quotation.

Contacting the customer
After receiving the customer’s inquiry. Our salesman, Hedy, contacted the customer at the first opportunity. He was informed of the customer’s specific requirements. After knowing the customer’s requirements, Hedy recommended our automatic sugar coated peanut production line to the customer. And sent the customer a video and pictures of the machine working on site. After a week of communication, the customer paid us a 30% deposit on the machine. Then our factory started to customize the machine for the customer.
