Cambodian Customer Orders a Sugar Coated Peanut Production Line
In January 2022, a complete sugar coated peanut production line was put into production.

In October 2021, a customer from Cambodia sent us a message on WhatsApp. He said he was interested in our sugar coated peanut production line and wanted to know more details about the machine. And he wanted a detailed quotation.
Customer Background
This Cambodian customer has established a coated peanut production plant near Phnom Penh. With the increase in business, he wanted to have a large capacity flour coated peanut production line to help him.
Contacting the customer
After receiving the customer’s inquiry. Our salesman, Hedy, contacted the customer at the first opportunity. He was informed of the customer’s specific requirements. After knowing the customer’s requirements, Hedy recommended our automatic sugar coated peanut production line to the customer. And sent the customer a video and pictures of the machine working on site. After a week of communication, the customer paid us a 30% deposit on the machine. Then our factory started to customize the machine for the customer.

- Heating method: electric heating
- Voltage: 380V50HZ three phase
- Material: peanut roaster, peanut peeling machine, peanut swing roaster, and cooling machine should be made of 201 stainless steel. The coated peanut making machine, seasoning machine, and packaging machine material should be 304 stainless steel.
- Roasting oven: three cylinders
- Dry peeling machine: 4 rollers
- Wrapping machine: 1000 type
- Swinging baking oven: 20-45KG peanuts per batch
- Seasoning machine: automatic spreading
