How to maintain the peanut picker properly?

1. Check whether the connecting bolts of the parts are tight and whether each pulley is firmly installed. Rotate the pulley by hand to see if there is any collision and friction.
2. Check whether the hobbing teeth of the fruit picking part are welded and lack teeth.
3. Turn the hobbing shaft by hand and observe whether the rotation is smooth.
4. Check whether the diesel engine is running well.
5. Check whether the motor is running normally and whether there is any leakage in the power cord.
6. Feed the material evenly to avoid clogging.
7. It is strictly prohibited to put your hand into the feeding port, fan port, and discharge port during operation.
8. Adjust the gap between the teeth and the bottom of the sieve when the peanut picker is not clean.
